The customer
Rubika, a higher education school recognized in digital creation (3D animation, video games, design), was facing a technical and organizational nightmare: 4 to 5 distinct WordPress sites, managed by teams scattered across the globe.
The visual identity, although friendly at first, had fragmented into a multitude of colours and different graphic approaches. Each campus, each programme had developed its own interpretation of the brand, creating a visual cacophony.
For future students and their parents, finding the right programme in this digital maze was a Herculean task. Information was scattered, navigation was counterintuitive, and the UX journeys were inconsistent from one site to another.
With an ambitious growth strategy and specific SEO objectives, Rubika needed a complete overhaul of its digital ecosystem. A project that seemed titanic: streamline 4 sites, unify the experience, optimize SEO, all while maintaining the richness of the educational offer. The Rubika team entrusted us with this challenge with a clear imperative: “If we had gone with a traditional agency, we would never have met the deadlines.”

Does your project look like Rubika's?
Complex migration, multiple sites to unify, critical SEO challenges? Let's discuss.
Our initial audit revealed 6 critical friction points.
(And no, it was not just "the button is too small")
01 /
Architectural chaos
4 to 5 distinct WordPress sites with different technical structures, incompatible plugin versions, maintenance that cannot be synchronized. Teams scattered around the world without a unified vision.
02 /
Fragmented brand identity
Each campus had developed its own interpretation of the graphic charter: different colors, multiple typographies, various illustration styles. Impossible for a visitor to perceive a consistent brand.
03 /
Labyrinthine student pathway
For a prospective student searching for "3D animation training", it was necessary to navigate between several websites, comparing different information structures, without a clear logic. There was a considerable dropout rate even before making contact.
04 /
Scattered and redundant information
The same duplicated content on several sites with slightly different versions, creating confusion for users and SEO penalties for duplicate content.
05 /
Counterintuitive navigation
Different menus depending on the sites, variable terminology used to refer to the same training courses, no consistency in the organization of information. Parents and students were systematically getting lost.
06 /
Catastrophic technical performance
WordPress sites overloaded with plugins, loading times exceeding 4 seconds, Google PageSpeed scores lower than 40/100. Direct impact on organic search rankings and mobile user experience.
