Dafolle is a design agency augmented by AI. We work with ambitious companies (SaaS, B2B, e-commerce, innovative brands) on:

Our strength: a dead-simple subscription model, a part-time designer who joins your teams, fast delivery, and high-impact work.
How does the subscription work?
The Dafolle subscription is built on a few simple principles:
One recurring price, no endless quotes.
One or two tasks at a time (depending on your plan).
Delivery within 48 or 72 hrs, with specific exceptions (motion, development).
Unlimited feedback on each task (as long as it’s active).
Pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Task = a clear request that takes 0.5 to 1 day. If it’s bigger, we break it down.
Create your account & access the portal
As soon as you subscribe, you get an access link to your Dafolle client portal: 👉 https://portal.dafolle.io/
In this portal, you can:
Create and prioritize your tasks
Track deliveries
Share briefs and documents
Talk with your designer
Dashboard tour
The dashboard is split into columns:
Backlog: all your task ideas
Active Task: the task in progress (the one we’re working on)
In Review: a delivered task, waiting for your feedback
Done: task completed
Drag and drop a task into the ""Active Task"" column to tell us you want us to start.
Life cycle of a task
You create the task via ""Add a Task""
You drag it into the Active Task column
Our team gets on it and delivers within 48/72 hrs
You give feedback → we adjust if needed
Once approved, we move the task to Done
In the meantime, you can add more tasks to the Backlog and activate them as you go.
