How does an AI agent rollout work at Dafolle?
Design first, then AI. Our senior designers create the templates the agent will use, then we translate them into an AI-readable design system. The agent is then built with our tech team, tested with you, and handed over to your teams. You generate on your own and only come back to us to evolve it.

For our subscribers, agents are included with a monthly volume of generations, in a subscription starting at €4,200 excl. VAT. If you stop it, a simple plan at a few dozen euros a month keeps your workspace and your agents available.

What if your AI agents have a more specific use?
Why go through you instead of using Claude or ChatGPT directly?
Because without a documented foundation, the output drifts: after thirty generations, the deck has little to do with your brand. Our agents start from designer-made templates and an AI design system, and they don't change. They also spare you per-user subscriptions, whose price keeps rising.
Can I use the agent in my own Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. We can deliver the assets, prompts and skills to deploy it in your organization's AI. You then keep the per-user cost, and you lose the direct link to your asset hub, which lets the agent fetch the right photo or reference.
Which agents do you offer?
The most requested are the deck creation agent and the ad creation agent, followed by the landing page agent and the brand-check agent, which checks colors, fonts and illustrations. We also build brand-specific agents, for example to generate new shapes in the spirit of your identity. In reality, the possibilities are endless: any recurring design need can become an agent.
How much does an AI agent cost?
For our subscribers, agents are included in the subscription, starting at €4,200 excl. VAT per month, with a monthly volume of generations. Without a subscription, an agent costs a few dozen euros a month, no matter how many users. The rollout (AI design system, templates and agent) is done as part of a Dafolle subscription, starting at €4,200 excl. VAT per month.
What happens if I stop my subscription?
You keep your agents. A simple plan at a few dozen euros a month lets you keep accessing your workspace and using them. To evolve them, just restart a subscription for the time the changes take.
How long does it take to roll out an agent?
Count about two weeks for the AI design system, then about two weeks per agent: one to design the templates, one to roll it out. A first agent is up and running in about a month, two agents in six to eight weeks. With a brand redesign upfront, count three to four months.
What can my teams do with the agent?
Ask for what they need, add their own files, edit text and images, then export a finished asset: as an image for an ad, as a PDF or interactive HTML for a deck.
What if I want to change slides or add templates?
A new design request? Our designers stay available on short notice. Since everything is already in place, changes are much faster than the first rollout.
Is our data secure?
Your assets and content stay in your Dafolle OS workspace, and the agent only works on what you give it. If you have specific privacy requirements, we review them with our tech team from the scoping stage.
We don't have a design system yet. Is that a problem?
No. We start from what you have, even just a logo and a few assets. If the brand needs work, we start there: it's the most complete path, and often the most cost-effective over time.
