Moodz is a committed brand that gives women back their freedom with its menstrual pants, a comfortable and sustainable alternative to disposable products. Their e-commerce needed to evolve to better reflect their impact, but above all to simplify pack purchasing and guide customers according to their flow. During two months in the Grow subscription, we rethought the entire UX/UI experience. More intuitive categorization, more educational product pages, optimized pack options, and a necessary visual refresh to accompany this new structure. All of this had to be done within a tight deadline for a launch just before Black Friday.

This work required genuine CRO thinking to streamline the customer journey, increase the average basket size, and improve retention. The result: a clearer site, quicker to understand, and much more commercially effective. Traffic and engagement rose after the launch, proving that a well-thought-out e-commerce can transform the customer experience as well as business performance.
