Investor deck and conversion optimization for Skarlett
Skarlett facilitates access to credit and insurance for young sixty-year-olds, but their initial investor deck did not meet their ambitions. They aimed for a pre-seed fundraising of several million and needed clear, impactful support that could convince quickly. In one month of Start subscription, we designed a deck capable of telling their vision, structuring their ambition, and reassuring investors. The result was immediate. The funding was validated and the collaboration continued naturally.
In the wake of this, we redesigned several key pages of the site, created conversion funnels, and laid solid UX/UI foundations. The goal: to optimize margins, streamline acquisition, and test different approaches through targeted A/B testing. The subscription model allowed them to move quickly and structure their growth with ongoing true design support. Today, Skarlett operates with a more robust digital base, more credible and perfectly aligned with their scaling challenges.
