For a year, Alpagga entrusted us with its entire design: rebranding, e-commerce site, ads, motion, visual AI, and trade show materials. Thanks to the subscription model, the brand was able to operate as if it had an internal creative team, while gaining a much more memorable identity and an optimized e-commerce platform for conversion.

Complete rebrand and Alpagga e-commerce ecosystem
Alpagga needed a partner able to take on the entire creative spectrum of a brand in full acceleration. Identity, e-commerce, marketing, motion, AI content, trade show materials. In a year of evolving subscription (Start → Grow → Boost → Restart), three Dafolle designers were able to take turns to reshape the brand, create a recognizable visual universe, and completely rethink their e-commerce site, with a strong focus on conversion and clarity of the offer (new, refurbished, clearance, second-hand). We also produced AI visuals, acquisition campaigns, product motions, and premium physical materials.
Without a dedicated internal team, Alpagga was able, through a single subscription, to cover everything that a complete design/marketing department would have managed in a year. Result: a much more memorable identity, enhanced notoriety, and a more structured e-commerce to convert visitors into buyers. The subscription allowed for rapid progress, frictionless iteration, and maintained overall coherence across the entire brand ecosystem.
