Digital transformation and UX/UI redesign of Rubika
Rubika is one of the world's top schools for animation, design, and video games; however, this excellence was not reflected in their web and print materials. Their artistic direction had been refreshed internally but still lacked coherence and impact. Over 18 months of a Start subscription, we harmonised the artistic direction, simplified and merged the websites of the different campuses into a single, smooth and user-centred site, then rethought the existing materials to unify all of their communication. We also designed animated and static ads to strengthen their acquisition and enhance their digital presence among future students.
In parallel, we reviewed the entire candidate journey on the site, conducted A/B tests to optimise conversion, and made the admission experience much more intuitive. The subscription model allowed Rubika to sustainably rely on a dedicated team capable of continuously improving their digital presence without creating a costly internal team. The result: tripled traffic, a more efficient website, and a brand image finally worthy of their international reputation.
