The tools we use for booth design
Do you build the stand or just design it?
We deliver the complete design (3D plans, technical plans, signage). You choose your manufacturer or we connect you with our partner network (manufacturing -40% vs traditional stand builder).
How much does a Dafolle stand design cost?
One-off: €3,500-€7,500 depending on complexity (floor space, number of zones, custom elements). On subscription: included in the package, unlimited iterations for every show.
How long does it take to design a stand?
12 days for a complete stand (architecture, 3D design, technical drawings, signage). It can be reduced to 8 days in rush mode.
Is the stand reusable for multiple exhibitions?
Yes. We design adaptable modular structures. You can modify the signage, visuals, and configuration for each event.
Are you in charge of logistics (transport, assembly)?
No. We provide the plans and the assembly guide. You handle the manufacturing, transport, and assembly (or your usual contractor).
Can the stand be adapted to different floor sizes (12m², 20m², 36m²)?
Yes. We design a modular version with 3 configurations depending on the available space. You keep visual consistency.
Do you also do signage and visuals?
Yes. Kakemonos, product panels, roll-ups, screens (video storyboard), brochures (layout only). Everything is designed in line with the stand.
Can we test the stand before production?
Yes. We deliver a photorealistic 3D rendering + a 360° virtual tour to validate the experience before starting production.
What types of trade shows does it work for?
B2B shows (tech, industry, health), consumer shows (retail, food), corporate events (conventions, roadshows). We adapt the architecture to the visitor profile.
What is the difference between a Dafolle stand and a traditional agency stand?
Traditional agency = rental + decoration. Dafolle = conversion architecture + high-end design + full ownership. You own everything, reuse everything, control everything.
